In our group coaching sessions, the coach and individuals set the ground rules for the interaction, and the coach serves as facilitator, guiding the discussions while also coaching the participants. Our group coaching sessions range from 3 to 6 participants, ensuring a highly interactive and personalized experience. Maintaining a maximum of six participants allows each individual to receive focused guidance, meaningful engagement, and tailored support, maximizing personal and professional growth, group problem-solving, and shared learning experiences. The coach will be able to readily provide individualized attention to each participant as needed.

Our Team Coaching consists of the coach partnering with the executives and leaders to understand the purpose of the team coaching request and also meeting with the team to understand their unique challenges. The coach engages with the team to set the ground rules and goals for the coaching interactions then serves as facilitator and coach throughout the sessions helping the team to:
